The Perfect Cheese Crackers

Cheese Crackers are a perfect little snack which you can eat on the go. This step-by-step tutorial shows you how you can make these delicious bites right from your own home. They are super simple and easy to make, anyone could make these.

How to make

  1. Combine the flour, salt, butter, and cheddar cheese in your hand blender.

  2. Add in the water and start to blend lightly.

  3. Lay down a long piece of clear plastic wrap on your surface.

  4. Place the dough that you just made on there, and pat down.

  5. Wrap the Plastic around the dough and let it sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  6. Once out of the refrigerator, roll it out with a rolling pin.

  7. Using a fork, make marks all around the dough.

  8. Use a mini pizza cutter to make cracker like shapes.

  9. Place each individual cracker on a greased tray.

  10. Bake at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

  11. To make the dipping add the yogurt, garlic powder, basil leaves, and sugar in a bowl and mix until well combined.

These crackers are perfect to get rid of savory cravings. They are delicious and don't take that much time to make.


Extra Information:

  • You can freeze the dough in the freezer for up to a week before baking. Avoid freezing it for more than a week because it can become hard and break.

  • If you don't like cheddar cheese you can opt out and use white mozzarella cheese instead.

  • Using a hand blender or food processor easily forms the dough
